Digital Millenium Copyright Act Policy (DMCA)

It’s our policy to provide notices of alleged copyright infringement. If you see that your intellectual property rights have been infringed by one of our users, we always need you to provide us with a proper notification about this. All of your notices should match with the notification requirements of the Digital Millenium Copyright Act Policy (DMCA). You have to provide us with the following information:

  1. Identify yourself as:

-The owner of copyrighted works, or

-A person who is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

  1. Identify the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  2. Identify the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed to which is to be disabled by proving us the location of the infringing file with the exact link.
  3. Provide us the web address under which the link has been published.
  4. Provide your contact details which must include your full name, address, and contact number.

You should also know that, under the DMCA, claimants who make misrepresentations concerning copyright infringement may liable for all damages incurred as a result of the removal of the material, attorneys fees, and court expenses.

A proper notification must have the information mentioned above, or maybe ignored.
